This purchase relates to ArborShadow. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued with a software 'key' which is a small file which will allow you to override the restrictions of the demonstration mode. The key will be encoded with your details.

This purchase relates to ArborShadow. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued with a software 'key' which is a small file which will allow you to override the restrictions of the demonstration mode. The key will be encoded with your details.
You may:
- Use the software on a single designated computer as defined by the purchase license.
- Freely distribute the Demonstration version of the software only.
You may not:
- Distribute your software 'Key'.
- Permit other individuals to use the unlocked Software except under the terms listed here.
General Conditions:
- Only the owner, the company or its employees which purchased the software may use it. The key can NOT be shared with sub contractors, training companies etc.
- By Downloading software originating from CHRIS SKELLERN, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then please do not install any software from Chris Skellern.
- You understand that any breach of these conditions may result in the license becoming individually 'locked' out from future releases and the cessation of any technical support.
- The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Before registering the ArborShadow program and paying the applicable fee you confirm by accepting these terms & conditions that you have downloaded and checked that the Demonstration version of the program works with your hardware & software platform.
- You have read and understand the programs Limitations sections.
- Chris Skellern will not refund the registration fee for such incompatibility reasons.
- This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein.
- You must not Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
- You must not Rent, lease or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
- Chris Skellern shall not under any circumstances, be liable to the licensee or to any third party for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damage, even If Chris Skellern has been informed of the likelihood of such damage occurring. This includes loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like arising out of or in connection with the delivery, use or performance of the software.
