Installation Notes
Before making any purchase it is essential that you first download and install the software to ensure it functions correctly in its demonstration mode.
Check that the output CAD script will run on your AutoCAD version.
Check that an ID code is visible (see below).
Refunds can not be made once the unlock file has been sent to you.
License
The annual subscription License requires a renewal fee every 12 months.
Installations
The subscription is based upon the quantity of system ID's. So if you wish to use the software on a desktop and for example, a tablet, you will need to purchase the Main installation and then 1 x Additional Installation.
If you have a number of users on the same system then each user who logs in will also need an Additional Installation each.
System Identification Code
You need to obtain the 9 character system identification code from the installed software and send it to me, either before or after purchase; during checkout you will have an opportunity to leave it as a note. An unlock key can not be constructed until I have your ID code.
To obtain your code, first click on the I/O icon located at the top left of the ArborShadow R4 program display.
Then select the KEY tab and click copy, or select the text and copy (see image below).
Paste this code in email, or in the contact form or include it within the purchase notes option which you will be offered at checkout. See Unlocking for additional information..
